It's July, It's Hot

If you've made it this far into the summer without giving in to the temptations of the barbeque then you're a stronger person than me! I just love cooking different foods al fresco and who wants to spend a lot of time in the kitchen when you can be outdoors celebrating the warm months with friends and family? Of course, the children will always want burgers with ketchup or mild mustard, while the adults will enjoy a more spicy seasoning such as the fresh chilli which adds a kick to my barbequed South American Beef Steak with Chimichurri Salsa.

We always have a kaleidoscopic display of fruits to enjoy throughout the summer months at Ballymaloe. Nectarines and plums cook beautifully wrapped in foil on the barbeque grill or you could really impress your guests by serving the perfect summertime cream tea complete with delicious homemade Summer Fruit Jam.
