I'm really excited to let you all know that my new recipe book, Home Cooking, is finally out! Cooking at home is the perfect way to gather the family together and share each other's company, a welcome few hours rest from a hectic week. With this in mind, I've put together a collection of my favourite recipes and kitchen tips for you to share with family and friends. For me, that's what cooking is all about.
You can order a copy of Home Cooking here.
This month I've selected two recipes from Home Cooking that are always well received by hungry tums! The first is my chicken casserole with cheesy herb dumplings which is the perfect feast for October as the evenings start to draw in. If you're in a hurry, why not try this with peeled whole potatoes instead of dumplings. For dessert, my strawberry and white chocolate tiramisu tastes as scrumptious as it looks.
